TIME is Love Screening est un cycle d’art vidéo qui voyage dans les plus grandes métropoles du monde explorant le thème de l’amour dans les périodes difficiles de la vie. L'amour dépouillé de ses clichés traditionnels et de son idéalisme intemporel. Ces œuvres abordent la complexité des relations humaines quelles que soient la langue, la sensibilité individuelle ou l'histoire collective. Le programme propose une réflexion sur les révolutions, les frontières et les coutumes dans notre société moderne.

About the curator
Kisito Assangni is a Togolese-French curator, consultant and producer who studied museology. Currently living between London and Paris, his research focuses primarily on psycho-geography and the cultural impact of globalisation. He investigates the modes of cultural production that combine theory and practice. Assangni is heavily involved in video, performance and experimental sound.

His projects have been shown internationally, including the ZKM Museum, Karlsruhe (Germany); Whitechapel Gallery, London; Malmo Konsthall, Malmo, Sweden; Museum of Contemporary Art, Sydney; National Centre for Contemporary Arts, Moscow; Es Baluard Museum, Palma, Spain; Torrance Art Museum, Los Angeles; National Museum of Contemporary Art, Seoul among others.

He has participated in symposia, talks and events at numerous international universities.

Kisito is the founder/curator of Time is Love Screening and [SFIP] project - Still Fighting Ignorance & Intellectual Perfidy (Platform for critical thinking, researching and presenting Video art from Africa).
